Let me break down my process when working on a client's account:

First, I review your website, store, or blog to check for any new content you may have for the week. (If there’s no new content, that’s perfectly fine!)
Next, I explore the trends tool to identify which trends and keywords are gaining traction for the week or month. I note the ones that align with your niche and, depending on the age of your account, I assess which trends resonate most with your current audience. I then check if you have any existing content that fits these trending topics. This allows me to plan both new content and the creation of fresh pin images.
Following that, I dive deeper into your analytics to identify the top 5 pins that are currently resonating with your audience. Analytics are invaluable for understanding what’s working for your specific audience. I look for any overlap between your most popular pins and growing trends, seasonal trends, or top-performing boards (measuring both engagements and clicks).
Finally, I’ll develop a tailored pinning strategy for the week based on your new content (if available), trending topics, and your most popular pins. (Note: Pinning strategies may vary weekly depending on metrics, engagement, and trends.)

FAQs

Why don't you pin more than 1-3 fresh new images a day?

I take pride in staying up-to-date with the latest Pinterest best practices and guidelines. Using outdated strategies, such as excessive pinning, can result in your account being shadowbanned or flagged as spam. In contrast, 99% of accounts experience steady growth and engagement with 1-3 fresh pin images per day.

Do you use TailWind?

I do not use TailWind. While it was once a helpful tool, many of its features—such as the looping function—no longer align with current Pinterest best practices and guidelines. Through years of A/B testing, I've found that content scheduled with the free Pinterest scheduler tends to achieve better reach and higher engagement.

Do your Monthly Management contracts require a specific time commitment?

They do not. The only thing that I require is a FULL 30-day notice if you want to cancel services.

Can you promise and increase in sales?

While I can confidently promise an increase in website traffic and engagement, I cannot control what potential customers do once they reach your sales or email opt-in page. However, I can say with certainty that the more exposure your content receives, the greater the opportunity to drive sales and grow your email list.

Do I need to create new content every week?
